Driver side buttons not functioning

Driver side buttons not functioning
Hi there. My vehicle is a 2005 rx 330 and the buttons on the driver side doesn’t seem to be working.
Neither the lock/unlock function, or windows for all 4 doors.
The window buttons work on the individual three other doors, but not on the driver door itself.
Trying to close/open the windows from the outside with the key also doesn’t seem to work. I worry the mechanic might have messed something up and am just wondering if this could have a simple fix like unplugging the battery or something serious. Thanks
