Tailgate strut orientation
Just replaced my tailgate struts and everything was going so well i guess i got excited and zoomed to the finish line. everything works as it should HOWEVER i noticed that the bracket that goes on the door has a shape to it and i never paid any attention to the orientation on the original . The bracket has a straight side and a 'curved ' side. can you guys check your tailgate and tell me the positioning of the curved side, please. If it's not too much trouble a pic would be ideal. Thank you.

Update
Checked my new struts from Lift Supports and... they do not have arrows on either end. However my bottom bracket is oriented the same way as the pics and my top bracket is opposite. I watched the gate closing and it doesn't seem to be having any trouble. If anything, i think the alignment is perfect. I will investigate again on the weekend as to wether i should spin the top bracket around . Thank you once again.
