Talking Changing front side marker bulbs?

Anyone tried changing the side marker bulb? It's the small bulb to light up the orange reflector on the side of the headlight housing.
The bulb is right under the turn signal (front the back/hood area), but I can't turn/twist it for the life of me. I can easily turn/replace the turn signal but this one.

What's the trick? Perhaps it's not a twist type...

I've never seen a 2nd gen recently with working bulb. I know it's a small bulb but it's probably the only bulb that is visible from the side of the car at night.

It's the same twist type, but it's hard to get a good grip on it. I had to use some small pliers to get it to turn counter-clockwise (loosen). After that, I cleaned the o-ring and it is easy to remove now. It takes a peanut bulb.

thanks for the pep talk, coach.
I went out and gave it another try. The bulbs popped out.. only took me 30 seconds for each side, lol.

What I noticed was that there is some light bleed, so my suggestion is to make sure the side marker light matches the parking lights in the middle of the headlight.
It bleeds to front blinker area and to the bottom of the headlight. It's very little bleed, it'll look weird if you have yellow parking/HID and white side markers.
I have just regular factory clear color on all. I did put a 5000k white light first, and then noticed it looked kinda "rice" in my stock car, so i replaced it right away. haha.
