I am looking to find out about what I will encounter if I drill a hole into the roof of my car. Are there any electronics wired through the roof behind the sunroof next to the roof rack? Anything else I should look out for?

 

I wouldn't have anything interfering w/ the sunroof or tracks as your inviting trouble, I don't care if its a very shallow or not.....Better is after the roof rack....

 

Thanks for sharing that. I wasn’t planning on messing with the sunroof. Are you saying behind the whole rack? I am looking to put it above the back door, passsenger side.
