2008 RX350H. The latch mechanism on the Hatch Door is out of alignment; not allowing the Hatch to open. It can be opened by going into the small section in the hatch to move latch and open hatch. How can the LATCH on the HATCH DOOR be adjusted?

Are you sure you have a 2008 RX350H(hybrid)?

I thought they only made a 400h but I could be wrong.

 

Does it open easily? Or does it take some pressure to open? If its easy to push open from the inside, means that the hatch & latch pin isn't out of adjustment. I'd say its the electrical latch on the hatch isn't releasing......
