Carista OBD Reader 2008 RX350

I contacted Carista who make the Bluetooth OBD reader But; they said it will Not work on a 2008 model
Are there any other readers that can operate like that and can turn on/off hard settings and reset TPMS on a 2008 RX?

One thing that was unusual was Carista said their OBD reader works on 2009 but not 2008 that's what struck me as odd

In general, Carista is useless for 10+ y/o cars, i.e. it works as standard OBD error reader. For newer cars it can be used for changing of "comfort" settings.
