Wow, But then its a quality Toyota product.....Cool that you went that far & stuck to it vs swapping vehicles as many many ppl do.

That's a lot of miles,,,and years for any car to last as a daily driver.

Have you had it since new? How many timing belts, so far?

Purchased new in November 2003, first of the second generation RXs the dealership received. As for maintenance:
-I do the easy stuff (oil changes with OEM filters every 5k, cabin/air filters every 20k, etc)
-Spark plugs, timing belt and water pump .... 90k 185k, 280k handled by a local Toyota specialist.
-A recent very large purchase was replacing both catalytic converters. I had been limping them along with Cataclean, but finally replaced them. I thought they would last the lifetime of the car; however, the shop said it was not uncommon for them to be replaced in the 200-300k range.
-The rest, pretty much all routine maintenance less the steering rack (a larger Toyota issue) and valve cover gaskets (third replacement).

Congrats! I also feel like my 07 RX w/ 145K miles is gonna run forever. although little nickel and dime things are starting to annoy me and i'm just bored with the car.

Congrats. Now go ask Toyota for your free 300k window cling sticker. I just ordered one for our ES last week.

I am going to look at a 2006 RX330 tomorrow was why I was poking in this sub-forum today.
