any one in NY/NJ area know anybody who can replace the cracked dash. I have a 2008 RX350 and bought dash skin

Are you asking if somebody can install the dashskin you purchased?

 

My apologies for not being clear. Yes i bought the the dash skin from amazon. I need someone to install it.

 

Have you considered installing it yourself? I did mine. It wasn't very hard. If you can't, here is an install video on how to:
I would recommend getting a pair of polarized sunglasses if you don't have a pair. The skin is very reflective on that windshield in direct sunlight. The glasses cut all the noise out.

I had mine delivered and installed to a friend/mechanic and it looks good.

 

I just received mine today and will install it myself. I think the most difficult part of this job is to clean up the sticky dash
