Need advice on changing engine

Hi guys Im in the market for replacing the engine on my 2006 rx330 awd. There is a current engine for sale however it is FWD. Does this mean it will not be compatible with my AWD rx? Anything else I should look out for when purchasing a used engine? Thanks

I believe the motor mount casting & machining is different on the lower back part of the block (bank 1).....

what is the cost? I have to drop engine out to fix timing chain cover leak 07 RX 350. $2700-3800.
