Default Vibration help, rear end

Hello all, I am the owner of a new to me 2009 rx350 awd. Picked it up in September with 170000kms on it. Has 195000kms now, it has developed a worsening vibration. Initially thought it was the winter tires but now that Ive switched over to summers, I can rule that out. From 60kmh to around 100kmh the shake is all in the rear and has a loud drone to it. Speeds higher, the drone tapers and vibration feels like it migrates to the whole vehicle rather just the rear. I have had the car on a hoist and driven it at differing speeds. There is a touch of play in the driveshaft u joint, and the rear axles. Differential fluid sample looked almost new, few specks here and barely discoloured. The diff backlash does seem to be very loose, but that is from moving things by hand, don't hear any clunking or whining inside the vehicle. There is a slight whine from the diff when underneath the vehicle and it is being driven. There is no wheel bearing groaning or play in suspension.

Hoping someone has encountered something similar and can point me in the right direction

Thank you!

Thanks for the link. My issue starts at 40mph, suspension is tight. no noises over bumps or anything. same shake on 2 different sets of wheels. Have you ever heard of an axle or diff vibration on these cars?
