What is this piece called? I need to replace the wood and black plastic part. An air freshener melted onto it. I live in Vegas.

 

It's called a Shift Selector Cover Bezel.
There is one on Ebay, it is just the Woodgrain Bezel, it doesn't include the Shift position indicator.
The Bezel just pops off, very easy, but the Shift position iindicaltor is attached to it, you need to separate the two.
New from Lexus It's over $400!!
Used on Ebay less than $40
