The grill on my 2000 RX300 was looking pretty tired so I removed it, cleaned it up, masked off the chrome surrounding the grill and trimmed the excess painter's tape with an x-acto knife to get a nice clean line at the inside edge of the chrome, then spray painted with some Rustoleum gunmetal grey with the primer + paint.
I think the gunmetal goes very well with the Mica Green.
