Fuel pump reset switch
The fuel pump builds the pressure in the line and the controller cuts it off [non-accident situation]. The pump does not run continuously. In an accident the ECU gathers the information that the engine is not running and it should cut off the fuel pump [this prevents feeding the fire situation]. To eliminate lack of fuel in tank, just enough to NOT lit up low fuel 1/8 should work too.If you installed a new pump, you may like to safely check fuel coming to the engine block. But chase this only if your problem is with the fuel.
Engine not turning/cranking is a battery, starter, ignition switch, solenoid, PRND and brake-pedal
Engine not catching is fuel, spark[including imbolizer], timing air, clogged exhaust
Once again organize the issue(s) and work each item as I summarized in my other post below.

PS: "Cranking/turning"[starter motor spinning the engine], "Catching" [sustain or hesitant internal combustion engine working] are not interchangeable words.

Ok. Thanks for the information. I'm by no means a mechanic, as you all can tell. But I've always fixed all my own vehicles. But this one is a lil more different than ones I've had. Thanks again
I didn't see if you mentioned if you had any codes or maybe I missed it- Do you have any codes?
If you can confirm fuel and spark like everyone is suggesting and wondering that would be a great first step and will eliminate all possibility of being immobilized and give a place to start moving forward. If your tests fail, I can think of a couple of options.
There is no reason to have a non running car- this can be figured out very fast or at least get you fast answers.
Easy way: Hire a mobile mechanic to come look at your car who has full electrical schematics and an automotive oscilloscope. Without these two things he will be flying blind and be a waste of your time and money because you need a real tech and not a hack. Otherwise you may like to do it yourself.
* Removing the glovebox out of the way before he gets there will save time if he needs to scope wires at the ecm.
Harder way: Using a readily available automotive oscilloscope you can verify all the important things very fast, like in 30 mins fast!!!
Scoping the fuel injector pulses(fuel delivery) and coil pack trigger pulses(spark) guarantees you are not immobilized and at least trying to start. A good tech can do this in in a few mins under the hood without pulling any parts. Next you can confirm crankshaft vs camshaft waveform correlation to make sure you don't have an ignition timing problem- should have codes for that though. Here is a review I did on a Hantek Automotive Oscilloscope(ebay $100): https://www.clublexus.com/forums/rx-...agnostics.html
Here is a link of some waveforms done on same scope: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/rx-...e-ckp-cmp.html
Here is a Crankshaft vs Camshaft waveform on my RX330 using the Hantek. Plugs and wiring are different on RX300 but you get the idea.

Thank all of you, for the information you've giving me. I honestly didn't know what order made a car run, now I definitely understand better in what order to work my problems. Yes, I ordered a scan tool off eBay the other day. Should be here tomorrow. I will keep y'all informed an will post what problems I found, diagnosed and fixed. Thank all of you for your time and valuable information.
99 model. The issues I'm having sounds like an ecu. Or ecm is going bad from the systems. But then, roughly 8 months ago, I turned my Rx off an the next time I tried to crank it. It would not turn over at all. So a friend took the tumbler set out an stuck a pair of needle nose pliers in an I've been cranking it like so ever since. An bout a month ago, my car ran fine one day an the next day, nothing. In fact my car Windows started rolling up n down by themselves. The engine will turn over but no start. I've replaced sensors, fuel pump. I can't find a fuel pump relay. An was wondering if there's a fuel pump reset button somewhere?
