What's this noise?

I have a noise coming from the right side of my dash, and it only happens when the air is running. Any ideas? I recorded the audio from the noise and attached to the posting.

Do the simple thing first ... pull out the cabin air filter and see.

With my volume turned up to full it's really hard to hear it.

Hard to hear with the background noise but from what I can register it sounds like a worm gear is slipping on one of the air dampener actuators.
