I'm sure it was pretty expensive and I know some like the look. I'm not sure it's a good idea though.

It's a heavy car, curb weight 3700-3900 pounds.
Those rims would get destroyed by the road potholes in my area.
I have to believe the different tire height affects the handling.

What's your experience so far? How is the handling?
The wheels look like standard size wheels with the low profile tires. Doesn't the diameter change affect the speedometer and acceleration?

Sticking to looks only, it depends upon the owner to follow what (s)he desires. The gap between the fender and the wheel glares at me.

I too hope to hear back the differences between before and after. Please share the ride and cornering change.

Why not lower it to begin with? Hopefully your travels are on smooth roads.......

Speedometer is also out gearing is out running wrong revs at wrong speeds asking computer to make an error in transmission. Instantly wear our rest of lower control arms strut mounts even motor and transmission mounts on top of a regular struts and springs suspension replacement basically the cost of car and some quickly in wear and tear. Want low profiles rubber bands run 22's at least it takes pressure off transmission still keeps rest of above problems with mounts and suspension. I have r19 55 235 which is same diameter as stock r16 70 215 you can change wheels without killing the car. Most change wheels to make car look actually better bite bullet and buy new tires you will spend more fixing rest of it or put up with a way worse driving experience than rest of us before you even half wear out the rubber will have stuffed something..

Default low profiles...

thanks for posting these photos. Im now 100% positive Im not installing low profiles on my 99' RX 300. The only way this looks good is if you put larger rims on it and lower it which makes the ride stiff as hell. No thanks, Im good...
