Who says the RX isn't off road capable

 

I googled rx crashes and one in MD drove into an apt. building. These are very versatile Canadian made cars....

Technically, its still within the confines of the road in this case.

 

Russia. Vodka.

 

The approach angle is better than expected... breakover is tough. Looks like it got high centered on that Kia.

On a side note (or maybe it's an under note) look at all that flat paneling underneath the Kia for aerodynamics and road noise isolation!

 

Not much we can comment on until we know more of the story...but sniip3r may be right about some vodka being involved. That was also my first thought in seeing the Russian lettering.

That vehicle on the left appears to be an Opel Zafira Tourer...a Euro-market minivan that is not sold in the U.S.

 

I for one look forward to the dash cam footage.

Does Russia require them in all vehicles? if so, I was not aware of that, though I have noticed that a lot of road-rage and accident videos are, indeed, recorded in Russia.

This is why the RX has so many safety systems.

In my area RX's are always crashing into stuff but this takes it to a new level. I wonder how it got on top of those cars.
