This is my first post, I need help with my options for installing Bluetooth in rx300 Nakamichi radio. From my search, I have learned so far that the Nakamichi radio is different from regular radio. Looked at buying GROM audio but it says that the Nakamichi model is not supported. As far as I know, there are Chinese y slitters for cd changer allowing to plug in some alternative to GROM but once again for the basic radio model. As an owner of a Lexus with Nakamichi stereo, what options do I have? Anyone did anything similar?

PS will be buying a cheap bluethooth adapter and splice in 5 plus 7 connector work if connected to the cd changer like grom?

Yes it will work with cd input adding a bluetooth receiver or using fm modulation.
