Default Rear Control Arm

Greetings all. I need to replace my rear control arms on my 1999 RX300 AWD, the ones that uses the cam
mechanism (see below). What is the best way to remove the cam mechanism? Mine seem to be rusted in place and will not budge
Thanks

I did both mine last year.
Actually, I replaced both my inner rod arms and needed an alignment.
There was no way for me to save those cam adjusting bolts because it was so rusted and frozen.
A saw-zall should do the trick since you are replacing them.
Just cut the bolt off on both ends. (inner side of the rod arms)
You'll need to get new cam adjusters of course.
I didnt have a saw-zall so i just used a cut-off wheel and started to grind them down.
Took longer but it did the job.
