1 year — 10,000 miles
I’ve owned the car since September of 2018 with 171k miles, putting 10,000 great and also horrifying miles while the car was slowly getting repaired. Car has rebuilt title due to front driver side damage. Previous owner fixed it up. Replaced bumper, hood, and quarter panel, along with pulling the frame back out to its original shape and replacing all safety restraints that were deployed in the accident. Previous owner repainted but the clear coat is failing terrifically. When getting the car, I had to replace the knock sensor, throttle position sensor, and thermostat. Also drain and refill engine oil and filter and drain and refill transmission fluid without changing transmission filter. Also readjusted throttle cable. Then along comes the IACV valve causing the car to stall at a stop randomly. Also rear main seal leak of course.
Now with 182k miles, car runs very smooth like it came out of the factory. Cosmetically, not well but powertrain is great. Transmission slips from first to second here and there. No CEL. Is there anything I need to look out for and inspect wise? I’m asking this forum mainly because I feel like I’m always forgetting to check something. What would you guys do if you owned my car?

Glad to hear that the vehicle is serving you well
I like to check my engine oil every other week - there is a tendency for some first-gen RX vehicles to burn their oil and it's something I prefer to keep an eye on. I got an oil change back in March and at this point I am already just below the half way mark on my dipstick level ..
Also, I realize you are probably located in an area where cold weather isn't as much of a concern, but get the battery and alternator tested if you haven't already. This becomes more important as time goes on and the battery ages.
