Lift 4”
Don't let me discourage you, but RX is not meant to go Off Road. Reason I mention is that is, I don't want you do be disappointed after making modification which can be a substantial portion of the street value of the vehicle. Also such modifications, drop the street value too .. it is like a double whammy. IMHO you are better off trading the RX for more capable off roaders GX, LX, Landcruiser, 4 runner [staying in Lexus/Toyota] or the Jeep, Subaru

I don't actually think you can do 4". The CV joints in the axles will not take that extreme an angle and live. 2" is doable.
Highlander rear struts and a proper strut bearing spacer on top of the strut up front is a place to start ...
You also need to "add tire" as in getting a tire with more sidewall. Using the oem wheels is fine, but you'll have to move them out a bit to get tire clearance. Some go as far as 2" wheel spacers. I prolly would not go that far ... 1" may get you enough room to go to a 75 aspect ratio
The real trick is to make sure you have a Posi in the rear end (search this site). Off road is not about height, it's about driving around obstacles, and always having traction. A passenger who is a good "spotter" is more valuable than a 4" lift.
