Default Alternator noise through speakers?

I’ve noticed a slight, high-pitched whining through my car’s speakers when listening to music via my Bluetooth adapter. Anyone have any tricks to fix this? I didn’t have this issue with my previous adapter.

You can have your alternator tested. Diodes can go bad especially if you ever had a dead battery.

Lexus audio system itself has plenty of noise cancellation system, but add on accessories can introduce the noise. Maybe invest in a better accessory.

There are a lot of cheapo blue toot devices that allow RFI (Radio frequency interference). It's gonna be the device.

Sound like the new Bluetooth adapter is the problem. Either go back to the previous adapter or return this one for an exchange.
