My 2001 RX went to 200,000 miles this year. Still on origin struts and shocks. Should I consider to replace them?
I didn't notice other unusual, but everytime when I take 90 degree turn, I found the car sway more than before.
It is pain to spend $1000+ on this old car, but I am planning to keep it for another 4 years......

if you know someone who can help you do the job on a weekend, you can save a good amount of money. I bet WI is getting cold though, and if you aren't mechanically inclined, you probably would rather someone else do it.
That being said, 200,000 miles is a lot, and I would bet the car will feel completely different once you put in new suspension. It certainly wont get better in the next four years if you leave it as is.

Why not let a suspension shop determine and show what needs replacement.

I'd rather replace sway bar end links. Pretty simple job. Links are around $20, with zirks, so they can be greased and thus last basically forever. I safely bet, they are shot at that mileage.
