Default RX300 ABS activating weirdly

I have a 99 RX300...great car, never had a problem.

So today I was rolling to a stop and the ABS brakes started rumbling...I couldn't figure out why. It was on a flat surface, light brakes, an even stop.

Then it did it again 50 feet down the road.

I tested it when I got home, if I make left or right turns with light brake pressure, the ABS activates.

Has anyone ever experienced this? Could it be a pad/brake fluid issue? An ABS sensor issue?

Oh, the car has 108k miles Yay!
My Problems to date:
1. cracked header by the 02 sensor...replaced free of charge by dealer
2. Dead battery (whatever. It's a battery. They die)
3. Broken right rear strut (I drive over EVERYTHING)

This car rocks.

On a side note, my '02 Land rover broke down again today...that's the 2nd time in 3 weeks.

You sure its ABS? Could be warped rotors.

Pretty sure it's ABS, it's not a vibration really...it's the ABS rumble when your pedal feels weird and you can feel ticklers under your foot like a sex toy.

Sounds titilating - suggest leaving it the way it is!

Ever since I started using a synthetic brake fluid (Valvoline) I get that rumble from time to time. It usually occurs after coming down a steep hill. I would not worry about that. BTW, I did have my rotors checked out and they were not warped, but you never know. Must check that anyway since I switched my pads from Toyotas to Hawks and now to EBCs for my front pads. That can also make a difference.

At 61K, I have also encountered the battery problem, and Lexus replaced it. Same here with suspension, but had left front shock broken. Also lower rubber supports on the suspension have been slowly eaten way by the bad air here.

I have also had the following but solved the problems:

1) Fuel-Air Sensor (the one by the air box) had oil from my K&N filter, kept causing Fuel Trim Lean light. Cleaned sensor with brake fluid cleaner and reset the No. 13 Fuse (EFI fuse). No problems.

2) Exhaust coupling below developed a crack (flexible accordion part below engine). Rewelded the piece and no more 'farting' exhaust and engine runs cooler.

I know what you mean by going down hills...but this isn't it...it was flat and it wasn't an abnormal stop.
