Default Knock Sensors-Need Help

Hey Club Lexus Forum,

I am new and need some help. Any help is appreciated. I have 2001 RX300. A couple months ago I had my CEL come on and the code read P0330 (knock Sensor2). I was told to replace my knock sensors and if they don't come back everything should be fine but if they do there may be a bigger issue. After replacing the knock sensors, my first ride on the highway my CEL came back on and the codes read P0325 (knock sensor 1), P0110 (intake air temperature sensor 1) and P0100 (mass or volume air Flow A circuit).

Is it safe to assume I have an engine knock? Is there something else going on? Should I scrap my car for parts (the transmission was replaced last year). Any thoughts would be appreciated?

Thank you Club Lexus!

Did you use OE parts and replace the harness too?

Like carguy said. You have to use OEM Toyota/Lexus parts. I hope you didn't use aftermarket or those "OEM Denso" knockoff knock sensors. If you spent less than $100 each for the sensors chances are likely they were knockoffs. And yes, you definitely have to change out the wiring harness as well since that is usually the cause of the knock sensor CEL to start with, those plastic connections get brittle and break apart.
