Default RX Questions...

I was thinking about trading in my '96 ES for a '02 RX and I have a few questions. First, anybody know the largest size wheels I can fit without any problems? Also, is the factory mirror tinit removable or matchable? Thanks...

With enough $ im sure you can get your RX to take the rims size you want.
People on this board have gotten 20's on, and other sizes too. Just run a search...

For ex:

As for removing the mirror tint, I dont think its possible (I may be wrong). And matching it is very hard. The dealer where I got my RX had a hard time doing it themselves, but it is pretty close. I believe this topic was also discussed before on this board. Run a search for it. I think people posted tint %'s they thought worked.

The factory mirror tint is not removeable, it is made in the glass. There is a window tint brand (Llumar??) that is a very close match to the factory RX tint. A few CL members have it, hopefully they will chime in.
