Just got the job done, I ended up taking the car to a shop. They changed the waterpump and timing belt (complete kit) and did the two camshaft seals and crank seal. Mechanic said there were no leaks with any of the three seals but changed them anyway.

He said there was an oil leak but it was coming from the valve cover.

Next job will be he valve covers and spark plugs.
