Default Navigation problem

Hello,
Hoping someone can help me.
I have a 2003 lexus rx300. My navigation screen will not come on all the time whenever I start my car. Maybe half the time it comes on. It a guessing game. All other controls work..heat, air, radio all work fine. Did hard reset several times & navigation will calibrate come on but next time i shut car off & on again, same issue. Mechanic thought it may be antenna but wasnt sure & i have my doughts about that. Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

The only problem I have heard about was temperature dependent that the screen would come up after the cabin has warmed up a bit. This may be a problem you need dealer's attention.
