Oddly enough, the plastic parts of the car (the door side mirrors, the door handles, and the spoiler) is stripping its clear coat out. These are already there when I bought the car. The rest of the car is fine (even the whole roof shows no sign of clear coat stripping).

Anyway, how can I remove the spoiler out? I want to save some money by removing it myself and give it to a body shop so they can repaint the whole spoiler to the color code printed on the car sticker info. I don't really mind if it doesn't match the color of the car (no one is going to really notice it, the car is a gray color).

The RX is a 2001 -2003 model if that helps.

Lexus changed the spoiler. Is yours a single angled slat or a visor type?
