Default how to remove rear bumper cover on RX 300?

I need to remove my rear bumper cover on an RX300 (RX 300). Anyone have any diagrams or instructions that would help me out?

Also, this is why I am removing it. Let my know if you know what is wrong with my car and have any suggestions. The other day, I was washing my car and noticed a gap between the bumper cover and the body where the the cover attaches just behind the wheel well on the driver's side. The gap is only about 1/4", but on the passenger side, there is virtually no gap at all. I also noticed that there appears to be a piece of plastic that is "snapped" (?) into the body and then kind of comes down to hold up/support the bumper cover in addition to all the screws that hold it in place. I can see that this plastic thing is torn a little (I'm guessing from someone tapping my bumper while parking or something, those bastards!! ) which is why my bumper is sagging a little. I can't tell if this plastic thing is a completely separate piece or if it is part of the bumper cover.

Can anyone help me? PLEASE

Call Lexus dealership parts dept. Ask them to Fax you the picture of the rear bumper assembly.
