Left rear brake binding
i just finished replacing all 4 rotors and pads. Had to get a rebuilt right from caliper, as the rubber boot was torn on piston and when I released brake, it was still binding.
Now the problem I can't figure out. The left rear brake keeps binding. When I had the caliper and bracket off. I turned the emergency brake all the way in. I put the new rotor on and it went on smoothly. I'm able to easily spin the wheel. I then snugged the rotor down with all 5 lug nuts. Now when I try to turn the rotor, it is very hard to turn. Back the lug nuts off, easy to spin.
Cant figure out where the binding is happening.
I changed the emergency brake shoes not too long ago.
I put the caliper and pads back on and put the tire on, torqued to 74lbs and the wheel is hard to turn. I put the emergency brake on and it can't move at all. Release it and hard to turn. I hear some grinding when I turn the wheel.
Any ideas?

make sure your brake line isn't twisted or bent. It can cause the brakes to not return the fluid. Are you able to bleed that left rear caliper? Also, did you try adjusting your brake shoes, you may try spinning the adjuster a few turns.

Checked the part number, have the AWD rotors, which is what I need.
Even when the caliper is not on and I tighten down the rotor with the lug nuts, it is hard to turn.
