I use conc and just get 1 gal jug and 2 gal of distilled water [i only use part of the second].
Being in central Texas, I can tweak the mix to 1:1.25
Just follow the table on the jug. Keep n mind best cooling is done with pure water, but that freezes at 0C. Do you get that cold in Hawaii?

Are you doing the complete drain, or just draining from the radiator? The RX300 holds 9.5 qts of coolant. I did two partial drain/fills by just opening the petcock under the radiator. each drain was 4.3 qts, and replaced with fresh, properly diluted Toyota red coolant. Total new coolant in the system is 70%. The old coolant had 60k miles and was darker than the new coolant but still clear.
