Steering rumble/grind

2001 RX300 - 330,000km
i've noticed a slight rumble/grind/vibration when turning slightly to the right? happens only when moving not stationary. Checked fluids and other steering bushing etc. not sure where, what How this is caused? any pointers, advise would be appreciated.

CV-joint and boot would be my first guess.
