Want to properly focus on first things to look at or do; I haven't wrenched on this car before, so I'm not familiar with it. Taking suggestions for the first five things I should look at, review, confirm, replace or fix.

timing belt and water pump
cam and crank seals
valve covet gaskets
flush all fluids
replace all 4 calipers and resurface rotors, new pads
