Hi there, Have a 1999 Rx300 with 250k trouble free miles. Expect another 50k plus until I buy an RX Hybrid.

question. Head lights are a little fogged, nothing serious but night driving is a little dim to say the least. Will changing the bulbs with stock bulbs improve brightness or go with an upgrade? Or replace all together.

Try taking it to a place that polished the fog out. Cost $30 or less..

 

Plastic lens gets disclosed due to UV.

I personally dislike grinding/polishing and prefer plastic to clean and then apply UV protectant.
