Default Solo P1351 - New Owner

Hello,

So I have had my RX300 for a month now, and this P1351 code comes back. I changed out the Bank 2 OCV so far and I'm not sure where else to go from there. The only other codes that have shown were P1150 and P0302. The car drives but I can occasionally feel a misfire when idle and the car feels a little hesitant. What could this be?

I am getting my timing belt and water pump replaced this weekend since I'm not sure when this was last changed since after reading through the forum this could be a part of the problem. Hopefully this fixes this poor running condition that it has been in.

OK so I had the timing and water pump replaced, my mechanic said the timing may have been off a tooth from the last belt. So the car is driving better but after a couple days I get te code back, this time p1351, p0300, and p1150. Anyone know what this may be?

So the car is running better after the timing belt change, my mechanic told me that the check engine light is because of the ECM ultimately.

The code is still P1351 and the mechanic pulled a body code of B1241
