My 2002 Rx 300 European spec does not have this

This is the underneath of the the American spec

This is my car. An European model.
My car doesn't have the little box attached to where the spare tire stays.

Pls can someone tell me what this is

That is where the charcoal canister is housed. It has vapor pressure monitors as well. Part of emission control.

Cant say much about the junk on the ground and good sand.

Thanks Salim. But I would like to confirm if the European models does not have it too because as you can see, mine does not have it. My car is 2002 model
