How do I remove this back pillar?

Are you referring to the plastic or the full-on piller? If you are indeed referring to the piller, then I would say "Only if you are now making the RX a convertible!", as that is a structural piece for the roof.

It's looks like you already have the rear cover mounts removed. The panel is snapped to the body frame with metal clips. You just need to pry it off, I would suggest a long thin pry bar to get under the panel and near the clip attachment points.

I'm trying to replace the glass, do I remove this panel?

I had to partially remove this panel to change the antenna. If I recall correctly, you must remove to top and bottom plastic trim pieces at the hatch opening and the floor cover first.

Look at this forum post, it has a picture with the side panel removed. Doesn't look like the window is held in from the inside, although I am not positive.
