Loud squeal 5-10 seconds on startup
This isn't a consistent problem, when I start up a 2003 RX300, it squeals loud enough to cause your ears to bleed. It lats 5 to 10 seconds and then it immediately disappears.
I've tried pushing on the belts with my hands and they seem to have a decent amount of tension on them. Anybody have this problem? Is it the belt or tensioner/pullys?

Please quantify decent .. also when was the belt replaced? You can have cracks in the belt that can cause squealing. You can take a spray bottle and mist the belt (not the alternator) and if it squeal goes away immediately, then it is the belt.
But if has been a while, replace the belt. Use proper gauge to tension the belt. Too much tension is bad and too little is bad too.
If you use search on accessory belt, you will find enough information.
