Default P0440, P0446, P1130, P1150 Codes simultaneously

Hey Everyone,

Car is a 2000 Rx300

I am new to this forum and wanted to see if you could help me out. I have searched for this topic and found things that have address similar issues, however I have seen anyone address what may be the issue if all of these codes appear at once.

I saw it mentioned that a disconnected hose may be the cause of these all simultaneously appearing, any thoughts?

Thanks in advance and my apologies if this has been address already!

Thanks.

- Mark

Welcome to Club Lexus.

Please read the sticky, specially having problems start here thread.

When you get multiple errors, we suggest that you reset them and then re-read them an report back the first set of errors. This will help us diagnose the root problem.

Please also list how many miles? Was anything done to the vehicle before CEL came up. Has the vehicle well maintained?

We hope that it is simple fix like disconnected hose, but we tend to diagnose based on evidence and facts.

Appreciate the reply Salim.

The car has just over 200k miles and has been well maintained for the first 175k by old in-laws. I probably haven't kept up with it as well as I should have. Only thing recent was I had an oil change and new transmission fluid. I will get it reset and report back.

Thanks!

P1130 and P1150 are the A/F sensors. P0440 and P0446 a EVAP system problems.
may be a disconnected hose (as Salim said), maybe the valve itself.
Clear the codes and check again.
I asked my friend at Toyota, and he said that when the A/F sensors are malfunctioning, very often you will get other errors too, just to push you to change them (for preventing pollution).
