Default P1130 OBD CEL with Other Pending Codes

My 2001 RX300with 216K miles has P1130 Code with P0171, P0174, P1150 Pending. Here are some Details on Freeze Frame Data

Fuel System 1: CL-Fault
Fuel System 2 CL
Load: 40.63%
ECT: 86C
STFT1: 19.53%
LTFT1: 4.69%
STFT2: 7.03%%
LTFT2: 6.25%
RPM: 2440
Speed: 93 Km/h
IAT: -1C

I have already replaced MAF with a Denso and added couple of bottles of Techron Fuel Cleaner. I am also getting lower mileage

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Change bank one sensor one O2 sensor. It's the one at the firewall in the manifold. Your fuel trims for that bank are high at 19% adding too much fuel. With the two lean codes pending I'd also check for any vaccume leaks after the mass air sensor. Check intake boot there known to get dry and crack. You can use carb cleaner to spray around the boot and intake while the car is running and see if the rpm changes will indicate source of leak.

Thank You. Is there any way one can check the A/F Ratio sensor.

Where is the intake boot?

You would need a scan tool to see the voltage change or a volt meter but that gets a bit involved back probing wires. The intake boot is the black rubber tube that goes from the air filter box to the throttle body.

Found no Leak. Drove the car for another 2 cycles and P1130 is the only code on. I will change the A/FRatio Sensor for Bank 1 (Near the firewall) and see what happens.
Thanks again

I am getting P1130 with MIL Light on as well as P1130 Pending. I am using Innova scan Tool. What does this mean?

When a code is set and has happened more than two trips it sets as current pending and history. It's normal for it to show up as both. Normal as being a fault code. Replace that sensor and clear codes. A small trick....don't remove the sensor when the car is hot. If the sensor breaks free then gets hard to turn again pour a capful of brake fluid onto the sensors closest to the threads and let it sit for a min. After that it should come right out.
