Default something fell off while driving

Hello everyone, so I was driving last night and heard some metal sound on the underside of the vehicle. Took a look underneath this morning and it looks a little strange with these loose cables. Can someone fill me in. Also wondering if that hole on the side behind the cat is supposed to be empty. Appreciate the help.

Looks like the parking brake cables to me.

And, yes that hole is supposed to "empty". It's what holds the CAT to the hanger.

Welcome to club Lexus.

The cables are loose when the parking brake is not applied. Engage the parking brakes fully and the tension should be there.

The picture of the exhaust hanger also looks good. The rubber hanger almost looks like figure "8". One hole gets the pin from the body and the other receives the pin (which is hollow) from the cat side.

See if what fell off was the harmonic weight from the muffler.
