hi i own 2001 toyota harrier grey import from japan, fitted with naviken navigation. can somebody help me how to set up the clock??
cause some of the buttons and menu on display is on japanese so i can't understand it.
Thank you.
This 'feature' has come up before. The Harrier's clock is locked to the GPS time with the time zone set for Japan.
There doesn't appear to be any way to change it (and from Toyota's point of view, no reason to as the Harrier was only ever intended for sale in Japan).
One of the guys at work can read Japanese and I've had him look through all the multiAV-II menu options with no success.
In my case it means the clock is always _precisely_ 4 hours slow. It's a pain but as Lexus NZ don't import the RX300 I've settled for the next best thing ...
hi thx
now i understand why the clock is always precise 2 hours slower than my country clock:P
i have the same prob with you too cause there is no RX here so happy enough to settle with Harrier :P
