RX 300 wont start

Hello, new to the site and first time posting but long time Lexus owner. Just trying to see if anyone can help me with this issue. I have a 1999 Lexus RX300 front wheel drive, had lots of issues, finally fixed it, ( changed engine and front end ) was driving like a new Lexus until died on me on the road, there was no fuel being pumped to the engine. Checked fuel pump, fuse, relay all works, but engine wont start.

the only thing between the fuel rail and pump should be the fuel filter if you are not getting enough fuel.
If you are getting plenty of spark and air...thats where i'd look.
