Default 2000 RX300 idle problem

Hello everyone first off let me start by letting you guys know what's been going on. I own a 2000 lexus rx300 2wd with 209000 miles the truck was running fine until I noticed a little idle while in a stop but didn't care much for it so decided to give it a tune up. Prior to this I had the CEL for system to lean. After all this the trucks brakes starting getting hard and the truck will not accelerate no more than 40 in the freeway so I hooked up the scanner and turned out that I got the following codes:P0171,P1130, P1135, P1349. I got allthe codes fixed no more CEL but the truck still idles and I'm lost any help will be greatly appreciated I've tried seafoam and nothing thanks in advance

Did you mean does NOT idle? If so have you looked at IACV cleanup?

It has a slight rough idle while in a stop u can see the rpm gauge shake every couple of seconds. Wich would that be(IACV)?

My suggestion is to take it off and do it right. Often when cleaned "on the car", it can be less than satisfactory and the problem return in the next weeks or months. Pretty hard to clean effectively for long term success on the car.

I replaced solenoid shown in error P1349 yesterday. No more rough idle/misfires; however, that was the only code produced with CEL.

The IACV cleanup is when all other issues have been addressed. No CEL.
