I need to replace (I'm not going to try to repair it) the servo that controls where the air blows. IE vent, defrost, feet. Pretty sure this is the "Mode" servo. Can anyone confirm the part #?

I'm seeing 063700-7470 and 87106-30371. Guessing the 2nd number superceeded the 1st, but not sure. Can anyone confirm the part # and that it is the "Mode" servo that I am looking for?

I believe the first number is the part number on the original unit. The second part number is the part number to purchase the replacement part.

 

I think you're right. I just pulled it out and the 1st # is on it, but it looks just like what they are selling under the 2nd # now. Thanks!

I saw that one a long time ago, but forgot the hose trick. It really was not that bad to get out. Going back in will not be bad as long as that 3rd screw starts without a fuss (or dropping it). The mix servo looks more challenging. Thanks!

 

Got it in, pretty easy job. The correct part # for the mode servo is 87106-30371, the 1st # I posted was actually on the new one too. I think it is jut a Denso # and the other one is the Lexus #.
