Any help out there, My rx300 2001 has no heat, CEL and VSC lights on with code 1135

 

The one code you've listed is specific for the heater in the B1S1 (that would be rear, by the firewall) A/F ratio sensor. That failure is common with anywhere from 80-120 thousand miles. It does not likely have anything to do with the other problems. The CEL and VSC lights can come on together with a lot of problems that don't necessarily have anything to do with VSC, they're often just telling you you need to attend to something under the hood. The heater issue may be a blend door motor or a number of other things that can cause no heat but since hot water flows continuously (365 days of the year) it is likely one of the controls or doors in the heater system inside the car.
