Default Dipping my toe in the Lexus pool

New owner of a 2000 RX300.

My first Lexus. Couldn't pass up the opportunity to buy the proverbial "creampuff" ... previous (only) owners, snowbirds from Ohio, drove it back and forth to Florida several times per year, so lots of highway miles. Drives great, in great shape, no rust, new brakes, new tires, complete maintenance history, and counting on the Lexus brand to take me from the current 144,000 all the way to 300,000 miles (and maybe beyond!). It was a hard sell for the better half!!

Been browsing the forums looking for tips on detailing, and I'm amazed (and grateful) that so many have put in the effort to share their expertise. So much more knowledge in here ... like drinking from a firehose.

Just thought I'd introduce myself to the community.

rxda90, congrats on your RX. It really sounds like it was babied by the previous owners and low mileage too. I'm sure your 300 will give you many happy miles. You can find just about everything you need to know about your RX here so that won't be a problem. Oh, and before I forget, we have a rule around here, pictures are mandatory
