hey, i just found this item here that allows you to convert your existing cd input to an aux audio input (rca) but there is no pass thru for your cd changer - http://autotoys.com (select, shop now, then search, then punch in "lexus aux input"). this product is made by http://www.blitzsafe.com, so i emailed them to see if they make one with a pass thru...i'll let you know what i discover
