Fanbelt Squeak when Cold

I noticed that the belts are squeaking on my '02 RX when the temp is below freezing. It continues for about 5 minutes until the car warms up. I had it at my dealer and they said it was that the fluid in the power steering pump was cold and that's normal until the car warms up. Anyone else have this problem? I thought it was B.S. It annoyed me again when I was warming up the car last night.

Yep,
I have the same problem. Cold belts I think, and cold AC unit/compressor. Many of my previous cars have done this also. I could not solve the problem in them either.
