Exclamation O2 Sensor help? Lexus rx300 (2001)

I have a 2001 Lexus rx300, and I got code P0141, I need to replace the O2 (Oxygen) Sensor - Bank 1 Sensor 2.. Is this the Bank 1 sensor 2 , Listed in the picture I took below? and is this a Flange type O2 sensor or Screw in type?
I went to Jiffy lube , they said they would replace it for me. They said that I need a Threaded O2 sensor, Which I think is a Screw in, because they said the Denso sensor I bought (Denso Oxygen Sensor Downstream), will not fit.. I bought this sensor.. http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/web...=oxygen+sensor

It said it fits my 2001 Lexus rx300, but jiffy lube said it wont. I think they're mistaking,. They told me to buy a Upstream sensor and they're put it in the downstream because they don't have downstream threaded O2 sensors. They said it wouldn't cause a problem. I took a look for myself today and it looks like the sensor I bought earlier was the right sensor. The Flange type. Im not sure though, so can you please take a look at the pictures below and tell me which O2 sensor Bank 1 sensor 2 (downstream) I need? Am I looking at the right sensor to replace? In the photos, is that bank 1 sensor 2? Please tell me if the sensor I bought (Denso downstream bank 1 sensor 2) was correct or not. I am planning on getting the sensor you guys think is correct and taking my vehicle to Toyota instead. Please reply ASAP.

Bank 1 Sensor 2 is the flanged one like your pics show. That code points to Bank 1 Sensor 2. Have you tried resetting to see if it comes back? Mine throws that code from time to time, but the light will stay off for months before coming back on. That sensor does not effect how the car runs. That part # looks correct. This is not a bad DIY job if you have a socket set.

The O2 sensor does seem to be affecting performance. when I accelerate from 0-5, it shakes a little like the power gets lost and then it comes back. Been happening because of the O2 sensor. I had the same problem with my AF sensor, when I replaced it, it went away. Now it's the O2 sensor I have to replace lol.

That guide seems a bit difficult though lol. I dont feel like pulling out the carpet and all. I'll just let Toyota do it.
